Canyon Gate Medical Group is an affiliate of Outcome Based Delivery System (OBDS) www.obdsllc.com headquartered in Florida.

Canyon Gate Medical Group represents our first expansion outside of Florida.

Our healthcare model is based upon the frequent and regular interaction between the primary care doctor and the patient.  Our goal is to help our patients first, stay healthy and prevent avoidable health problems.  Secondarily, when problems do occur, we want to find and treat them as early as possible.

Our doctors do many things themselves, rather than by a physician extender, such as to call you personally with your test results.  Should you show up at the hospital, our doctors will be there personally to care for you and to help you understand and make the appropriate healthcare choices.

It is an approach that is high touch and perhaps old fashioned, but we have found that this approach results in higher quality healthcare that yields both lower costs and significantly higher patient satisfaction results.
